Hollie Brostek graduated Magna Cum Laude from CW Post in 1987 with a BS in Finance. She is a member of Delta Mu Delta
(National Business Honor Society). Hollie currently holds an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation with the
IRS as well as a QPA designation through ASPPA. She is authorized to practice before the IRS and represent clients in
all areas of retirement plan compliance. She is extremely proficient in all areas of retirement plan design, administration
and IRS and DOL compliance.
Hollie Brostek began with WIA Consultants in 1989. Over that period, she has been instrumental in growing the Firm's
business more than tenfold from 50 clients in 1989 to its current level of 600 plus. Over that time the staff has quadrupled.
In 1999, she purchased the Firm from William I. Abelman (WIA). In 2019, to accommodate the growth of the Firm, she partnered
with Creative Plan Designs (CPD) a larger actuarial firm whom she has had a longstanding business relationship with. She feels
her success is a direct result of a combination of diligence, technical expertise and proficiency, creativity within the confines
of the applicable regulations, staying relevant and current in an ever changing regulatory environment, and extensive and responsive
client support for both the owners and plan participants. She has maintained the Firm's client base in its niche market of small
businesses. Her theory is that WIA is a small business who understands the needs of small businesses. WIA clients nor the plan
participants are just numbers.
She is a 6 time marathoner including NYC and Boston. She is also an avid golfer who has no problem keep up with the big hitters.
Craig Dixon joined the WIA team as Plan Administrator in June 2015. Prior to joining WIA, Craig worked for companies such as Ipsos North America, New World Associates Inc., Sundial Brands LLC and RPG Consultants. From 2011 through 2015, he gained valuable industry experience as the Operations Specialist and Retirement Plan Associate for a third party administrator and recordkeeper. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Long Island University’s C.W. Post campus in the spring of 2008.
